Terms of sale

Purpose

These terms and conditions apply to our website and all online bookings at Speelgoedmuseum Mechelen.
The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions. No booking is possible without agreement to these terms and conditions. The customer can save and print these terms and conditions.

Offers

All our advertisements, web pages and offers are elaborated in good faith on the basis of available data. Maps, photos and illustrations are informative and do not constitute contractual obligations. They may change before the booking is finalised. The customer authorises us to correct material errors in the information provided.

Price

Prices displayed during booking include the total price of the service, including taxes and other charges. Any additional charges will be clearly indicated before the booking is finalised. The customer consents to correct obvious errors in the price.

Reservation

The customer chooses among the services offered by Speelgoedmuseum Mechelen and acknowledges having taken note of the nature and modalities of these services. The customer is responsible for the choice of services and their suitability for his/her needs. Tickets are valid only on the date chosen. We are not liable in this regard. The reservation is considered accepted upon completion of the booking process.

Booking process

The booking is made through the online booking tool and is confirmed after receiving the booking PDF. The customer must fill in all necessary information and confirm that this information is correct. The reservation process includes:

Entering bank card details if required;
Consulting and accepting the general terms and conditions of sale;
Confirmation of the reservation by the customer.

Receipt of the reservation

The booking tool immediately confirms the booking by e-mail, listing the contract proposal, the services booked, the prices, the sales conditions, the date of booking and the address for any complaints. Upon entering Speelgoedmuseum Mechelen, the ticket will be scanned and the customer will receive an e-mail for newsletter subscription two hours later.

Right of withdrawal

According to Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, customers do not have a right of withdrawal for their reservations with a specific date or period:
